Samin Nosrat is a writer, chef, and teacher. She learned to cook at Chez Panisse after studying at UC Berkeley. Inspired by her many teachers, Samin shares her smarts in Home Ec—a series of hands-on cooking classes in the Bay Area. She also runs Tartine Afterhours once a month.
